For the past three days I have had a herd of Elk in my lower field. the herd size veries from 28 to 42 depending on how many are out in the open and how many are over the bank in the river. I've taken alot of pictures of them but I have to wait for bernidette to help me post them. I live in a real paridise on earth. I'm so Blessed

Default Sn-e3,....

Besides: "Blessed", you're are also lucky.
Not many get to live next to, around or on a SANE mountain.
Usually, most such pretty-damn-wild and non-predictable.

I checked-out your profile.

You check-out your location's Italian translation.

Chris, you live in a beautiful area. I think the wilderness is the best cure for what ails most people but many have no ready access.

Chris,
As with many European words, most are said ass-backwards to English.

Thus, and since: "Monte" as in Monte Casino translates as mountain and;
"Sano" means sane in Italian,...you actually live on Sane Mountain.
Good for you. I too wish that lived in some sane place?

Neil

At 5:15 they invaded my place again. My dogs announced their arrivel. My dogs are very brave inside the house, but when I let them out front and they tore off around the corner of the house and came face to face with a couple of cow elk and they beat a hasty retreat back to me with tails between their legs. I guess you could say my dogs are all bark and no bite. I would say that the Elk give all the clover I planted last year two houves up.

Chris---how'd you get the thing so small? I don't know how they do the thumbnail thing, but just planting the link to your photobucket picture should do the trick, as I specified above

here's the driveway my old lady got stuck on.
