“California Is Not A Sinking Ship, Nor Are We A Society Of Quitters!” And for the record, no great society has always been an everlasting cakewalk either! And no one ever deserts a child and this merely because the kid did something that we did not like, or even always agree with?

And yet, the news today was replete with the reported mass exodus of those who flooded into California to take advantage of the good times, and then fled at the very moment that the going got a little tough! “Could you imagine if our military, as well, operated under the same premise?”

So once again people, “HANG TOUGH” (For This Is Your Home!!) It contains all of our futures and all of our tomorrows - “And The West Shall Rise Again - Count Upon It!” For only deserters, the narrow minded, and the spineless as well, take to their heels and run for shelter at the very first sign of adversity!!

And also for the record - “Any politician (on any level) who splits the sheets, and then runs for cover when the going gets a little tenuous, can not and must not, be trusted (at any time, good or bad), with our futures, our economy, and especially, not with our precious, “Shaky-Side Lives” – And This, In My Very Humble Western Opinion!
