Rear Admiral Paul F. Zukunft spoke about Coast Guard cooperation with law enforcement partners at the federal, state, local, territorial and tribal levels. He discuss current cooperation in the areas of maritime drug and alien migrant interdiction as well as joint capabilities under development.
