Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 28 and 2nd Marine Logistics Group (MLG) personnel concluded a four-day Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2011 construction subject matter expert exchange with Honduran service members at Escuela Eneas Alvarado in San Lorenzo, Honduras, March 7.
