I'll tell
you what's CLEAR as hell to ME and millions of other american citizens.
Robert Gates as the NEW Sec Def had not only the RESPONSIBILTY, but the AUTHORITY as well as the BALLS to FIRE Maj. Gen. George W. Weightman, Lt. Gen. Kevin Kiley along with Secretary of the Army Francis Harvey (who had placed Kiley in temporary command of Walter Reed as a replacement for Weightman)-----for their 'role' in this 'failure' of 'command structure'! Rumsfeld was 'responsible' for allowing these idiots to be placed in charge of these "command structures" in the first place! He, on the other hand MUST have approved of their "command" methods and overall 'results' or otherwise he surely would have removed them? Ya s'pose?????? Yeah right!-----------------
