Default The New National Infantry Museum

"This is what we owe to those who went before. This is the place. This is the home. This is their legacy. May God bless all those who have worn the crossed rifles over the years.” Retired General Colin Powell at the Dedication of the new National Infantry Museum, June 19, 2009.

Just found the new web site for the brand spanking new National Infantry Museum at Ft. Benning.

I plan on taking my grandson down there some time this fall.

If you want to visit it I have a link to their web site below.

It will definately bring on those damn "sandstorms"!------

Default Museum

Glad this thing finally opened! I had talked to the Director several years ago, and was astounded about the bureaucracy that he had to work through just for the smallest of details. After consulting with the owner of the NVA Regimental flag that we captured during Tet, it was agreed that the Musem would be a fitting repository for this relic.
