cadets,Any cadets who ended up in Infantry?1942 I received my
private pilots license. 1943 enlisted in air corp Basic training Miami Beach, then Gettysburg College,Maxwell Preiflight,Avon Park & Lakeland Florida for PT-17 Stearman, Cochran Field for AT-6 Texan Then bang ,too many pilots. Sent to Infantry ,went to Philippine Islands and Korean occupation duty.
