Reminder
As I mentioned before, the Honor Our Fallen Prisoners of War Bill [Posthumous Purple Heart For All Prisoners of War Who DIED In Enemy Captivity] was placed directly into “Purple Heart Regulations.”
The changes should be incorporated as of June 2008, if what the Pentagon and Senator Boxer told me was right on the money, and I believe that it is! At that point, the families of those who died (17,000 plus) in enemy captivity (7 December 1941 to the present and beyond), should be eligible to apply for this posthumous award....
