prayer request
A co-worker of mine died today. Your prayers and thoughts for his family, my co-workers, and I would be appreciated. His name was Mike Green. He was 25 years old. His brother, who is 27, sits in the cubicle across from Mike's. They both sit in front of me. I have worked with them for 4 years, and since they are about the same age my sons are, we were close. Their father retired from the Air Force as a major with over 20+ years in. Many of the folks I work with are ex-Air Force, some career-retired and some just did their 4 years or so. A lot of the career folks knew Eddie and Mike when they were toddlers and when they worked with their father. They were service "brats", but in the best sense of the word. I will miss him asking me every day how I am doing...It is going to be tough in the office for awhile.......No need to reply......Your thoughts and prayers are enough..... Life is short.... We are blessed to be here, through the pain and the pleasure..... Thanks.

Geez Larry I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. We will indeed say a prayer for him and his family.

for all the good thoughts and prayers. Still having a real hard time with this. They say everything happens for a reason.
