I will call Sid and get him to start gussying up Psyco Mtn for the blessed event. Engaged on Grandfather Mountain, married on Psyco Mtn.....what a concept! Make sure you give him, Ray, Mike, and John the dates. Will I be doing the ceremony?

Congrats Fred , seems we are coming full circle sometimes don't it. My oldest daughter gets married in San Diego in Sept - I'll be a mess ! Congrats again !!

Chances are, you daughter got her good looks from her momma, right?!! Congrats all around. Squids are all that bad - I just helped commission one - my god son - last week at the Newport Naval Station in Rhode Island.

PS: Have you been taking spelling lessons from Ron? Isn't it 'married'?

P.S. Not to worry about new relation/son-in-law being an: "Anchor cranker".
My Godson is now Retired Navy. When 18 I recommended either Navy or Airforce as MUCH
WISER career choice than either Army or Marines, for the youngster.
Took my advice, and Master Chief turned out being a great husband & father ALSO,...
and just like his father (even though a lowly Marine ).

Fred that was about the neatest proposal I've ever seen. Very well thought out and carried out with perfect back ground music. Cora has allways been pretty but she really shined in the vidio. Bless them both I pray that they don't ever have to go through the trials our generation did. Please tell Cora we are very happy for her. congratulations Fred. ps I got goose bumps watching the vidio so it must have been very good.

Thet boy had the good sense to propose ta your little girl in the lands of my forefathers up thare near Grandfather Mountain, NC.----Near bout ALL my ancestors are frum around those parts (and some frum around Mars Hills area) and I knoes fer a fact that any and all "engagements" whut takes place up yonder will be-a lasting forever! (You know how them "hill folk" are......Oncest y'all are "hitched up"---it's fer good!)
