Default James...

Your a hoot! Time though to check this lady out. She came in and attacked the corrupt Rethuglicans, got them kicked out, told the head scandal boy he could cram his bridge to nowhere, if they need a bridge, Alaska will build it. Lots more great stuff. She's not there to get any Hillary women. Hillary women are like you and will not be swayed from the Democrats. She's actually for middle of the road, fence sitters, middle class males, like me. I was going to actually vote Democrat this year, but Obama isn't the answer and is in fact, a huge question. This lady has more experience then the Dems Presidential Candidate. I was hoping for Richardson....I got Obama. McCain was never my favorite, but love his gutsy move. Obama picked a tired old Beltway professional when he said he was the new age Democrat. Again and I'm not kidding....I was voting Democrat until they put up Obama. Sorry....I'm one of the fence sitters that the Democrats lost this year. Now...my hope is the Democrat Congress will do what they've promised but they better get used to a Republican President and learn how to work with him because there is no way the Dems should have lost this years election, but they have with Obama. My prediction, close but no cigar, it'll be McCain. I still may write in Sam Nunn come November.

Default Pack,...

Re: "My hope is that Democrats do as promissed". Forget about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The current Democrat Majority Controlled U.S. Congress will do exactly as have been doing
for the last ONE YEAR & EIGHT MONTHS or bash & trash Bush (now McCain also) and
perpetually Wartime Undermine and/or do solely as Queen Nancy Pelosi & DNC so dictate.

In essence Pack,...don't hold your breath waiting for anything constructive, productive or
enemy defeating solutions coming from America's naive Chaimberlain-like capitulators and/or:
"Democrat/Socialist/Leftist Political Supremacists posing as Liberals".

"They" NEVER have any rational, sensible or logical solutions whatsover,...FOR ANYTHING.
Only people that can TRULY appreciate their strange actions are the ACLU, DNC, UN &
foreign nationals,...plus arabs & enemies inclusive.

The very best that such Fanatically Devout Democrat Ideologues can ever come up with for defeating Radical Islamic Terrorism,...is as previously stated an/or as 1 Year, 8 Month PROVED.

Naturally, Dems will insist that their standard BS of RAISING TAXES & SHARING ALL WEALTH
will ALSO solve most everything ailing America. Basically anyone stupidly believing "Them"
about most anything, I don't doubt for a second that can sell same Brooklyn Bridge to them
AGAIN,...and most likely even ONE MORE TIME.

Neil

Default Hmmm?

If a 44-year-old Alaskan governor lacks experience to be vice president, what does that deficiency say about the credentials of the a 47-year-old sometime community organizer in Chicago and one-term U.S. senator to actually lead the nation and, by inference, much of the world? Nothing very hopeful, is what it says.

Default Brice, Brice, You Are

Brice you are right on. When it comes to experience Palin has more than Obama. He's been a legislator she's been a executive and there is a big difference. Legislators don't govern they make laws and many times have no clue as to how their legislation effects those who must impliment the laws. We need someone with executive experience rather than a junior legislator with no experience being an executive. Palin is more qualified than Obama.

Palin Has Not Pushed Creationism As Governor

Wed, Sep 3, 2008 at 9:06:09 am PDT

One of the smears being circulated against Sarah Palin is that she is in favor of teaching creationism in public school science classes, but as I pointed out last week this simply isn’t true. Apparently, she has a rather confused attitude toward evolution (an attitude she shares with about 50% of the US population), but when asked explicitly whether she would support teaching the pseudo-science of “intelligent design,” her answer was “No.” And today even the Associated Press has to admit that Palin has not pushed creationism as governor.

And by the way, John McCain is also on the right side of this issue.
Palin said during her 2006 gubernatorial campaign that if she were elected, she would not push the state Board of Education to add creation-based alternatives to the state’s required curriculum, or look for creationism advocates when she appointed board members.

At a GOP presidential debate in May 2007 in Simi Valley, Calif., McCain said he believed in evolution. “But,” he added, “I also believe, when I hike the Grand Canyon and see it at sunset, that the hand of God is there also.”

Palin’s children attend public schools and Palin has made no push to have creationism taught in them.

Neither have Palin’s socially conservative personal views on issues like abortion and gay marriage been translated into policies during her 20 months as Alaska’s chief executive. It reflects a hands-off attitude toward mixing government and religion by most Alaskans.

“She has basically ignored social issues, period,” said Gregg Erickson, an economist and columnist for the Alaska Budget Report.

Sarah Palin discussed the Troopergate non-scandal with Charlie Gibson of ABC News this week in Alaska.
