Cell Phone users; I can just see it now

As you know, the DOT, DPS, and others say that Talking on Cell Phones while driving is hazardous, AND as you know these cell phones have Games in them also to play,

BUT:

Now Sprint has came out with a phone for around $ 250.00, that will pick up TV live broadcast and shows live.

Now how will that effect traffic?

Some women watching their Soaps.

Some men watching the Ballgame.

The only thing I would like about it is, when you are stuck in a traffic jam, you can click onto it and find out where the best route is to take to get the heck out of it, if possible.
