Default Jim Woodruff Lock & Dam Survives Ground Zero from Hurricane Michael
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District project Jim Woodruff Lock & Dam, suffered some damage and is dealing with power issues, but it survived the impact of Hurricane Michael as it battered the Florida Gulf Coast on Wednesday in Lake Seminole, Fla.
