Post The Best Shooting and most accurate

The M-14 was the best! A little heavy but a great individual weapon.

Salute! Happy Birthday!

A truly wonderful weapon that got to see action in Nam.....it is one of our brothers.

Keith, your right buddy, a little heavy.....but that sucker would never misfire unless it was the rounds fault.

Happy birthday buddy!

Default 14

The problem with the 14 wasn't that it weighed 2 lbs more than the 16, it was the ammo, a 308 round in a 20 round mag was heavy compaired to a 223 round in a 20 round mag.
I carried 3 bandoliers of 16 ammo =21 mags. No way I would carry 21 M-14 mags.
308 is a good deer round.

Thumbs up HAPPY B'DAY!

An excellent weapon but, like Ron said, sure wouldn't have liked humpin' it in Nam. I qualified Expert with it. Pretty good for a City Kid .
