Ethanol goes for .55 cents less then normal gas. Bio-diesel is even cheaper then ethanol and produces amazing gas mileage if you have the patience to refine it or can find it somewhere. Hydrogen will be nice once the big oil companies quit fighting over who will control it.

Last I heard they do intend to do more drilling up on the north slope in Alaska. The $100.00 gas credit has that drilling provision attached to it.
