Daimler, Rolls-Royce Mulling Tognum Takeover

FRANKFURT - German automaker Daimler and Rolls-Royce are in "constructive discussions" concerning a takeover of Tognum, a German manufacturer of motors and turbines, Daimler and Rolls-Royce said March 7.
