PARIS - The U.S administration's unilateral cancellation of the $4.2 billion Medium Extended Air Defense System (MEADS) program dealt a blow to trans-Atlantic cooperation, Executive Chairman Antoine Bouvier of European missile maker MBDA said March 15.
