Researching British rugby club 1914-18
I am researching the 70+ fallen members of Rosslyn Park rugby club in London England. A memorial to them was 'lost' when the club moved home in 1956 and a campaign is underway to create a new one, but first we have to track down the names. There is no Roll of Honour.
See how we are doing at the website I am not allowed to post the url but if yuo google my username you should get there in time- the stories are quite impressive for a single sporting club. Between them, their stories are almost a perfect summary of the history of the conflict If of course you have any further information on these men, then please get in touch. best wishes Stephen (rugbyremembers) |
