EXCERPT: "CASE A: Combined Action Platoon 444 has just been
established on the edge of a refugee village in Quang Nam Province.
The Marines & the Popular Forces (PFs) are working like beavers to
build bunkers, string wire & strengthen their compound's defenses. At
the end of their first week the leading corporal realized that they
are missing 4 cases of C-rations. Further inventory showed that they
were also missing some blankets & a record player. The corporal
wondered what would be the best way to break the news to the Marines &
