Met Chris
while at a Vietnam Vets Conference when I worked for the VA. She had married a Green Beenie, who ended up commiting suicide. When we were introduced and she found out I was working in a Vet Center, all she wanted to do was sell all the Vet Centers her book about living with a Beret. When I told her that I had nothing to do with purchasing, before I could tell her who to contact in the program, she turned and walked away. Sure she looked great in the field.....but wonderin' why her husband pulled the pin???? Guess I needed to read her book but after that.......
