I Made It!
I reached my first goal. In my official weigh in this morning. I now have lost 101 lbs!
Plan on losing 15 to 20 more lbs as I get in shape for climbing Mt Adams with Fred. Went on a no sugar, no white flour, no potatoes diet on December 10, 2003. Weight was 309 lbs. I started walking 1 mile a day. Went up to where I am walking 4 - 6 miles every morning and climbing some hills along the way. Today December 3, 2004 my weight is 208 lbs ! Blood Pressure went from 145 / 90 December 10, 2003 Today my Blood Pressure was 119 / 70. Heart Rate on December 10, 2003 was 75 Heart Rate on December 3, 2004 was 62. Only one problem: I've been come a real chick magnet!  Of course they are all over 80.My wife is really proud of me! Fred, I'm getting shape to put that flag on top of Mt. Adams. Keith

I`m here to tell ya that HE LOOKS GREAT! Not so sure about the "Chick Magnet" stuff,though...
Keith,you`re an inspiration to this lard-ass to get it in gear.I lost 10# as of my last visit to the doc,but could do a whole lot better. Keep up the good work,my friend!

Golly - thats swell - keep up the good work. You must have an awful lot of piss and vinegar with the weight loss - just make sure the Doc checks you out and you don't have any heart problems from the weight loss. I lost 32 pounds and had blood pressure problems? Good Job Guy that's a real goal and sure wish I could knock off at least 40 lbs. But what the hell - maybe next year!! Yea Right.
