Bobby Knight hits a player
Theres video of Mr. asshole out there hitting one of his players under the chin with his forefinger. Now Im not sure if Bob is aware that this is not good or not, but the school and NCAA should take action against Bob, in defense of the student, Or let the student defend himself with no retaliation, Im sure this kid would love to have a shot at Bobby without jeopardizing his pro carrier.
The jerk will probably get away with it again. Ron |

Ron,
I'm not a fan of Bobby but, I watched the Texas Tech game last night. Video's were played and it seems to me that the press were unfairly attacking Bobby. The kid and his family aren't complaining. All he was doing ,according to sources, was lifting the kids chin and saying, "look at me when I talk to you." A big difference between the reports of striking a player. I think he was falsely accused this time. But, he'll goof up again sometime.

Matters not to me Kieth, If the Kid don't care and the parents don't care . I would also add that the parents and the kid SAY they don't care because the Kids professional carrier is at stake and don't want to make Bobby look bad, because the kid still has to play under Bobby and Bobby gives recommendations to professional teams about the Kid. Now where do you think those recommendations would be if the kid would Bad Mouth Bobby.

Back in the day, Bobby Knight was the head basketball coach at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY.
During his tenure, he coached a young player named Mike Kryzewzki. If "slapping" a player around is what it takes to produce a coach and a gentleman like that, I'm in favor of it. Now go stomp out domestic violence. Seems a lot of people (not necessarily you) are in favor of that.

That would never, ever happen.
Most people think of domestic violence as the Guy beating up the girl, I don't usually think like most people so, Its the girl beating up the guy. Theres some girls out there that are Physically strong but lack the mental capacity to win in a fight, all you have to do is stick your hand out to your left and wiggle your fingers and when they look at your hand you poke them in the eye with your right hand. The end. Ron |

Thank you, Steve.
More often than not, domestic violence occurs between step- this and step- that. I saw the footage. And I agree with many of the commentators that if it had been anyoune other than Bobby Knight, this would not be getting this kind of coverage. Long live Woody Hayes, The Graceful One
