BIG OIL equals BIG CON

Given reported realities that: "DEMAND for Oil in American has been DOWN for last 2 years", and Saudi King Abdullah gave; "World Oil DEMAND was DOWN" as reason for refusal to increase Oil Production as per President Bush's request,...one must believe that some people are BS'n: "We The (Schnooks)" and/or typically victimized American Consumer/Taxpayer TRULY BIG TIME or MUCH GREATER than usual.

If Honest (?), and as things now stand, why on earth would Oil Barons, Sheiks or whomever TOTALLY CONTROLLING The World Oil Market, even consider pumping oil from currently tapped wells now sitting idle? They're not stupid.

Or, and for that matter, why would the largest of American Oil Companies also consider drilling on large leases of Oil Reserves owned, which reportedly could be producing a glut of oil: "IN ONLY ONE YEAR"?

Say what you will or think what you like about The Big Oil Companies. But, they can never be accused of being stupid idiots whom would moronically screw-selves-over or sabotage themselves by poisoning the greatest: "Golden Goose" to ever come down the pike for both Corporate America & World,...and/or deny their shareholders The Greatest Profits EVER ACQUIRED in World History.

Want to place blame where much more rightfully due?

Well then,...it would be much wiser to mainly zero-in on those whom pretty-much cavalierly or politically Lease MY/YOUR/OUR and/or America's Natural Resource called: "Crude Oil" so-damn-easily, and with little (if any?) CONCERN FOR or OR BENEFIT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. Bring back the guillotine: "Citizens". I'm personally & disgustingly getting tired of all those; "Let them eat cake" types posing as Leaders, Regulators or Protectors of The Public.

Blood-thirsty political joking aside, it cannot be denied that Oil Futures Speculators too have much to do with The Dispicably Never Ending, Grandiose & Worldwide Public Rip-off, favoring only the very few over THE VERY MANY. But even "They" too couldn't daily do what normally greedily do, without governmental or political sanctioning & disregard for people. Orrrrrrrrrrrrr:"In collusion with or by pay-offs from lobbyists (both American & foreign)", as some might logically & rightfully say or infer.

Hey,...maybe lordly politicians should in future start selling Oil Leases while ALSO considering what best for and/or benefitting The American People ALSO,...for-a-change?
After all, America's crude oil resources ACTUALLY belong to The American People to start with. No one else. Plus, no one else should benefit more such.

Some think re-negotiating costs paid for Old Oil Leases bought at $20-30 per barrel time to current $130-140 price of oil, might be of some help? Though, and unfortunately there too, mainly only governments (Local, State & Federal), politicians & Public Sector connected or affiliated ever benefit greatly from such revenue increases. Whereas, Private Sector Workers, Drivers, Homeowners and Economy in general, usually only benefit moderately.

In general and NO MATTER WHAT, The Public Sector never suffers any Bad, Greatly Difficult or quite Belt Tightening Times. Most Agencies & Bureaucracies automatically receive 10% yearly increases,...NO MATTER WHAT. Sorry: "Pilgrims". But that's just the way it is, whether living in under a democratic, socialistic, monarchy or royal kingdom type of RULE.

So live with it or:..."Se la vi" fellow peasants, subjects, citizens, suckers, dupes, daily victimized or whatever. We have no other choice. "Alternative Fuels" lobbyist aren't near as effective at Buying & Controlling Governmental Representatives,...as BIG OIL's FAT CATS have proved being OVER MANY YEARS. Plus,...Alternatives can just as easily be price-gouged at will,...and most likely will.
