Anyone can buy cards for authorized personnel – members of the military, retirees, and their families – and are available for purchase at commissaries worldwide and on the commissary website.

Cards can be sent anywhere in the U.S. as well as to APO, FPO or DPO addresses overseas.??For users, card balances can be checked by phone or online.
