Default Lost another VN Vet

Lee Ralston pasted away on the Super Bowl day. Was at home and had some chest pains. Went next door to the neighbors and they called 911 but he was gone by the time they got there.

He was Army and a VN vet. I've know Lee for many years and we didn't always get along but we did have many a drink together. I'm going to his wake tonight. They had him on ice until they could get his brother over from Iraq.

58 years old - what a shame and a smart guy too. No kids that I know of - but I didn't even know he had a brother and sister so that tells you how much he talked about his personal life.

I wish you well Leo you are going to be missed.

Well said my good-by's to Leo. He lay there well before his time. He found out he had a heart blockage about nine months ago but was between jobs and needed to get some insurance. Why he didn't go to the VA - well its too late now.

His brother is a contractor in Iraq and it took them five days to find him. He made it back in time. Sister was there and so were all the folks who worked with him. I just looked into his coffin and said Leo what the hell you doin in there - To bad he was a gentle soul and a good drinking partner. RIP Leo

Default Another Vietnam Vet Reporting as Ordered:

Rest in Peace Lee Ralsther.
I know that when you got to those Pearly Gates you were met by Saint Peter.

He immediately recognized you as a Vietnam Vet and then informed God; ANOTHER VIETNAM VET REPORTING AS ORDERED SIR:

God then told Saint Peter to immediately let the Vietnam Vet enter as:
HE HAD ALREADY SPENT HIS TIME IN HELL.

REST IN PEACE BROTHER--You have earned your eternal peaceful sleep.

To the rest of my Vietnam Veteran Brothers and Sisters I again state: WELCOME HOME:
