Urgent USAF Help Needed!!!

Brother Seatjerker has been trying in vain to reach:

Colonel Phil Blocker

Once part of the 23rd TFW, 1978-80, possibly somewhere in a Reserve unit in Southern USA.

Seat tried reaching him through channels at Randolph AFB, no luck.

Please help Seat find the Colonel some kind of way. He wants to talk with him, and it seems real important.
