Thumbs down Down Side of Weight Loss!
On December 10, 2003 my Doctor put me on a strict diet. I have lost about 65 lbs. Since then. That's the upside. I now have to carry a metal baseball bat with me all the time just to keep the chicks away, I'm a chick magnet! . . . . . . choke! Thats a lie but it sounded good.

Down side: I had a hernia around my navel and now it is shrinking with my weight loss. It is pinching some arteries and nerves . . . . so the Doctor told me I have to have my navel removed, they will make a new navel for me. I told him to just leave me without a navel and I'd change my name to Adam. (a pun for all you religious types) I have navel reconstructive surgery on Wednesday! That is the truth! This shrinking hernia has my belly button looking all black and blue and ugly. But worse it hurts like . . . ., since I'm a preacher, it is extremely painful. Will be glad to get it taken care of. So next Wednesday at 7 AM I will be under the knife for navel reconstructive surgery . . . . say a prayer for me if you think of it.

Keith...as much praying as you have done for us over the years, it will be a true honor to try and do a little "repayment"!

LOOK OUT, once there was a little boy who got his belly button removed and almost immediately had his backside fall off! LOL

Keith it's no big deal to get a new navel. you just won't have a belly button any more. but maybe they could pierce it and make you the hippest preacher in Ellensberg.

Sounds like a great opportunity to have an interactive virtual fishin pole holder built up. That and a bit of tat work and you?ll be stylin. Let?s see, how about some stylistic keltic knot fish leaping from your new cyber button/fish pole holder. Could be real trendy and enhance your magnetic field attraction qualities, ya never know these days.

Good go on the weight stuff. Mine keeps going up then down then up......frustrating.
