When Will We Ever Learn

Many centuries ago, mankind began to spread over the entire surface of the planet! His numbers exploded, technology greatly expanded his horizons, and the only thing that he could not seem to master was his own inner demons (opinion)! “Was he really moving ever westward to increase his range, or was he merely attempting to escape from himself?”

It is really pathetic, when you come think about how humanity has labored hard and long in order to free itself from dictators, potentates and absolutists, and yet, and no matter how far we advance, or even how hard mankind tries, there is always “Some Ambitious Ass” who attempts to reinstate the very abominations that have yoked many a nation, destroyed entire civilizations, and even reversed the labor and the sacrifices of “Patriots Past?”

As a matter of fact, some of these creatures have even put out feelers (of late) in order to see how we would react to the idea of installing a new king, right here upon “Freedom’s Shores”, while passing off their attempts as merely an academic inquiry when the people themselves display the same indignation and defiance that freed us from virtual slavery, some 241 years ago!

This is still “The United States of America” people, and contrary to the ramblings of a few, “Our Founding Fathers” were not just a mob of terrorists!! They were patriots who stood up for you and yours, far more resolutely and courageously (I might add), than one - purely political faction is doing right now!

They would have also had the courtesy to acknowledge those who also thought along similar lines, along with those who placed the needs, the dignity, the honor, and the welfare of “Their Own Nation” far above “Political Party Politics” or even foreign-based and media exacerbated – agendas!

HC - God help us if it didn't. But it's interpretation has been skewed by those who read into it more than they should. Politics today - can't keep it simple they have to put more into it than is needed. This country must adhere to the Original Constitution premise with good will to all. Politics is a dirty business and has been for quite some time. The leadership has been polluted by external input rather than by the book. Votes are bought and sold every election. Big money runs this country the information given out by the potential elective's has been guided by big money and will continue to do so and more. I want to see winner's that can't be bought! I want honesty and truthful representatives that will protect this country and its people - first and not those whose influence corrupts the results and diminishes our outcomes.
