Jolly Green 23 crash site located
On 09 June 1968, Lt. Jack Rittichier, USCG; Sgt. James Locker, USAF; SSgt. Elmer Holden, USAF; and Capt. Richard Yeend, USAF, were KIA when their HH3E, Jolly Green 23, was shot down during an attempted rescue mission. On 09 November 02, the Jolly Green 23 crash site was finally located; on 23 Januaury 03, the information was released.
