I Need Another Very Long Trip
1-27-2021
Call it the bum in me if you please, or more politely, call it my unsinkable wanderlust? Whatever you call it, however, my penchant to see what lies just beyond the very next mountain has always been a driving force within my very soul! Ok, so maybe after you travel beyond the very next rise, the topography only shows a slight variance, “But See It I Must” – so once again, maybe it is just the bum that resides in the depths of every man’s soul that drives him ever forward as well? I have never been one to just sit still, or even a person to seek to gain adventure from books alone! And although dog-tired after a very long trip, I soon regain my balance and am eager to depart again, with visions of things I can never even hope to see - firmly ensconced within my own mind, and my vivid imagination as well? As such this is my way, and the nature of all of mankind as well - I suspect, ever since we first began to hunger for that which existed purely within our own impatient minds - and our ever eager and insatiable imaginations as well? Go for it HC - pack up and hit the road (skylarking is good for everyone). You won't be happy until you do. Stagnation is destructive and you both need to travel to awaken the sensory elements within you both.
- We are grounded due to medical issues. But if your healthy get out and hit the road! - Boats
