PORTSMOUTH, Va. (AP) — With the HMS Bounty taking on water and the decision to abandon ship in the middle of Hurricane Sandy nearing, Capt. Robin Walbridge gathered the crew to ask the same question federal officials are now investigating: What exactly went wrong?
