News - Third Army, Tajikistan focus on the importance of NCOs during communications e
One of Third Army’s most recent theater security cooperation events built on professional development in the signal field while focusing on the important role noncommissioned officers play in the U.S. Army. The TSC event brought together Third Army and the Tajikistan Armed Forces for a communications information exchange at Fort Gordon, Ga., in late July.
