Say goodbye Cubbies...
Well....down 2 and moving to LA. (no, not lower alabama) Real hard to come back from this. Phillies up 2....LA up 2. Looks to me like either the Phillies or Dodgers in the Series.
Now...for the Junior League. Rays and Boston. Pack

Yep, looks like the Cubbies won't be going to the "big dance" again this year.
I love the Cubs, but can NOT stand the sight (or sound) of Lou Pinnella. He's about the most arrogant asshole in the majors. Hope they fire his sorry ass after this season..........maybe with a new manager the Cubs will get there next year. And I also agree that the Dodgers just may make it to the World Series as well. No great big fan of Manny, but he has brought new life to this team since his arrival from Boston. And, that damn Cabrera and the White Socks had better stay "cool" and tone down their stupid litlle playground antics if they don't want a "rumble" from the Boys by The Bay. Just ask the BoSox about gettin these young fellas all riled up! These young lions ain't afraid of NOBODY they come up against! My boy Longo is on a roll, ain't he? If this kid stays healthy, he could be as dominant as A-Rod with the bat and Brooks Robinson with the glove. He's really THAT good! I am a little worried about Scott Kasmir tonight, he's had a couple of pretty rough outings late in the season. But, if he's got his "game on".......he can be almost UN-hitable! Bring on the BoSox............then the Dodgers!...........it's gonna be the year of the RAYS! GO RAYS! Gimp

gonna be the "BEASTS OF THE EAST"......Division that is!
Rays (Division Champs) versus the BoSox (runnerup) from the AL East in the NLCS starting Friday night here in St. Pete. Rays took the regular season over the BoSox 12 games to 10, but it was close all the time. The way the Rays are playing right now, I look for them to KICK SOME RED SOX BUTT! GO RAYS! Gimp
