Let's list the places:

Germany and Japan - since 1945
Korea
Philippines
Columbia
Cuba
Panama?
Kuwait
Saudi Arabia
Iraq
Afghanistan
Bosnia
NATO bases in Europe
Liberia
Haiti?

The question marks are places that I don't know if we still have a presence in.

BTW where is Noriega?

I don't know we have a small contingency in Panama right now. From what I've read in the past, we pulled out when the treaty expired.

I last heard Noriega was in Florida serving time in a Federal prison.

Philly--I wasn't sure if we still had troops in Panama or not and you are probably right. I also found out that Noriega is in prison in Flordia as you said.
