Just my opinion#3. Language

The United States of America, is a English speaking Country. Why do we print Voting, drivers test and just about anything else in spanish? BI_LINGO doesn't mean you know spanish, it means you speak two languages, English and Greek, is one example.
There is two ways to solve the Mexican illegel imigration.
1. build a nother Pannama Cannal type cannel from Brownsvill, Texas to Baha California, 1,000 feet wide and 100 feet deep. There is a lot of swamp land in Louisiana that could use some dirt.
2. Make Mexico #51. Make them a state. I wouldn't mind living in cancoon if it was part of the US. You notice I didn't say ask them if they wanted state hood. We get a bunch of Tennessee boys, Like the last time and presto, #51.

Pick one, I don't care,
The way things are going now we will have to cange our language to spanish in 50 years.
And what is SINCO-DEMIO? Mexican independance, from what? and whay do they celibrate it hear. If the Mexican people that come here want to have there heritage, thats ok with me, GO TO MEXICO. We celibrate Texas independence Day, and thanks to some Tennessee boys, that was from Mexico.

Good example of this :

I went to a (I thought) small job of installing a storm door on the rear entry of a lady cop friends house of mine.

Well, usually, you just slide the thing out of the box, square and plumb it and put on the hardware.

Well, this one , you have to assemble the whole darn thing, and without "common knowledge", you are in a world of hurting.

All the intructions were in Spanish, German and French.

But , here is the Kicker!! THE DARN THING WAS MANUFACTURED IN THE USA!!!!!!!!

Go Figure my friend.

Every year or two someone trys to change the constitution to have English as our National Language. Each time it happens it gets beat. One day it will pass and that will be the end of our government spending our money printing all its material in several languages.
If you want to come to this country, fine, but don't expect us to learn your language, you learn ours, (retorical YOU)

Something I would like to share with you guys,

When my mother came back from visiting my sister in Paris, they had to fill out that customs papers. It would have been great if they were in English.
listen to what languages they had...
1-French
2-German
3-Chinese
and 4- Russian
I mean come on. I would have understood if it was a French airliner but it was American Airlines. Its sickening to see that English wasent anywhere on the entire form.
So what can you do right!?!
We speak American in America and its about time they stop putting other languages on forms.
Lemme ask you this- why dont they have forms in every language? if my mother went anywhere i guarantee that you wont ever find a form in Romanian.
we are so culturally diversified- why not!?!
get it?
You live in America...its time to learn the language.
