Default Earl E. Myers, WWII Veteran

Dear friends of Earl Myers and the http://www.rb-29.net/ web site,

The Myers Family has notified us that Earl Myers died in the late
evening of Wednesday, January 28, 2004. Earl has been a treasured friend and an invaluable contributor of content for this web site since we first became acquainted. He will be missed by all who have had the pleasure of his friendship, his energizing life force and his meaningful way of sharing the stories of his life and interests.

We have installed notice of his passing in the Memorial Section of the Links Listing which you will find located at the top and bottom of the revised home and introductory pages of our web site. This brief announcement contains links to further commentary by family and friends located at the bottom of the last page of his biographical notes.

In working with Earl, documenting his life story and recording some of his special stories, he repeatedly gave thanks to his Creator for each gift of safe arrival, a threatening problem solved, or an accident or tragedy avoided. He had a deep sense of the spirit that coursed through his being in all that he was and was striving to accomplish. I am sure that there is an added sense of vibrancy in that Heavenly Realm since Earl arrived.

For Earl, wherever your spirit may soar, know you have an indelible place in our hearts and our store house of fond memories.

Peace be with you and those you have loved in life.

From your extended family of friends and admirers.
