Philippine Coast Guard allows vessels to sail as “Lawin” moves away
09-26-2012 02:21 PM PHILIPPINE Coast Guard (PCG) authorities have allowed the stranded vessels, with more than 2,000 passengers in Northern Samar and Southern Leyte, to finally sail Monday.
