Our People Must Always Come First

“That government of, by, and for the people” pretty well says it all! And no matter how much politicians lie and side step, the truth of the matter dictates that “We the People” maintain our government to serve the people’s will and not the other way around!

Public service to “Our People and Our Way of Life” has always been an axiom of “The American Way of Life” ever since March of 1789 in fact - and probably even long before that? Have we ever gone astray along the line – your damned right we have? As a matter of fact, we have even found ourselves entangled in a “Great Civil War (1861-1865)” at one point in time, and this because even brothers could not always seem to get along, or even agree with each other all of the time, and on many different matters! But no matter how you cut or slice it, our own people and their needs (North, South, East, or West), must always come first, and not the political party, any geographical region, or even special interest group, must ever be allowed to trump (no pun intended) the needs, the defense, the prosperity, and especially the survival of our own way of life!

There are some things, however, that circumvent even political party demands, special interest considerations, personal wealth, and especially ego itself! In short, “We the People” means just that, and there just “Never” has been any “Me-Alone” in “We the People!!”

We the government comes first of late. We the People stand back and wait with little recourse. It starts at the top and works down from there. The trickle down gains they say we are getting don't exist only in the words to those in power who say wait their coming but they never show up.
