ok .. i didnt 'splain it too well... i was in downtown bolivar, TN pop. maybe 4,500 ) at 2:30 PM on a Saturday. not much traffic...The speed limit was 35 mph. it was a one lane road in the middle of town. when i moved left i gave a signal to get in the turning lane. he didnt honk and salute until we were stopped at a light 1/4 mile later...

is that better ?? I only go up there maybe once a year at most ( and seldom by myself ) and over the past 5 years maybe 3 or 4 times total, altho 90% of my close relatives live in Hardeman Co. i still think it has to do with the bumper decorations..
