The "Gospel according to Gimpy" will tell you that this guy is a paid "underling" of the GOP and the article is simply more "Neo-Con" propaganda. Gimpy's hoping Kerry will get in so our taxes will go up and his VA disability will go up. Sadly, if Kerry gets in I would expect that the VA's cut of the Military budget will get a lot smaller.

As on most things,...Gimpy would be WRONG about receiving better Disability Payment Increases from ANY DEMOCRAT ADMINISTRATION. That's historically...just not so, and as a supposedly 100% DAV he SHOULD KNOW that's just not so, even though further debunking The Phoney Democrats,...a real Gimpy NO-NO.

Under Democrat Administrations the yearly, bi-yearly or whenever increases in monthly payments are about half as much, as normally increased when Republican Administrations are in control of such. Such is so whether The Veteran is 10% or 100% Disabled. And, thats a fact.

I'm with you COL there is something about this guy that doesn't sit well with me. Maybe its his attitude or it may be just my gut kicking in. I'm not sure if he's the one we need in office right now? I'm not all together convinced with the other guy is either - but we are running short of options - and thats a damn shame.
