Exclamation If It Needs Fuel - Its In Trouble!

I just saw where one airline was giving tickets away for free for a short time (a glitch they said). But the regular price of a round trip with this carrier was still less than a hundred bucks, which although not free, is close to it!

The airline industry is not the only business that is hurting as a result of fuel costs, however. Everything that moves is suffering, according to the media. Apparently, it did not take a Pearl Harbor or a massive depression to bring us to a near standstill, as oil and gas (so-called) shortages were capable of doing the same thing. And no amount of excuses of any kind are going to convince me that this emergency is not pre-planed, contrived, and fatal in it?s potential. In other words, what could never be accomplished with bombs of shells, is now being pulled off with petroleum.

Granted, the lack of refineries and the Arabs may be partially to blame, but if it wasn?t that, I bet dollars to donuts that the excuse would be something else? Big business, after all, would be dead in the water were it not for lies, greed, and nefarious dealings! Like the robber barons of old, there are human douche bags out there who don?t care who dies to turn them an ever-increasing profit!!

And this tragic scenario is not limited to big oil, domestic and foreign alike! Everyone is getting in on the act, while blaming everyone else for this mess! Food prices, heating fuels, trucking, transportation, you name it, and the slugs at the helm are profiteering out of this human suffering.

And let us never forget our government itself. While our kids are fighting and dying on foreign shores, our government seems totally in the dark about how to resolve the situation, gas prices continue to soar, illegal immigration is on the rise, foreign leaders are ordering a few of our politicos around, our own people are taking a back seat to alien whim, crime and poverty are on the rise, and yet, some still claim that we never had it so good? ?What in the Hell are these people smoking!?

Worse yet, most people are content just to sit back, bitch a little, and let things take their course! When they finally do wake up, it will be like those people out there in Indonesia - the economic tsunami will already be upon them, and it will be far too late to flee or seek a remedy!!

So lets see, what do we have here? Gas and fuel rape, third world shit holes giving us orders and deluging our shores with their cast offs and foreign products, every second-rate country on Earth building nukes, as well as chem/bio weapons, and a leadership that thumps it?s chest, passes gas, and buries its head under a growing mountain of crap!

?Yeah, things are just great, if you are high on drugs or pickled to the core that is!?

?BULL SHIT!!?

HC - I heard on TV a couple days ago by the Saudi King that the cost of fuel is not their doing. He said its our government that is jacking the prices to cover processing cost.

He also said that his oil wells have 70 years of oil before they will run dry. They are increasing their output but say that their cost has not increase only those who have to buy it after its been sold. Much of what we pay is TAX not something the Saudi's have any control over.

So in effect, if the government would lower the taxes on gas, the price at the pumps would decrease, and the amount of money from the taxes, from the imported gasoline would be less, meaning that the money that we send back to the Middle East in the form of foreign aid, rebuilding cost, storm fears, and military expenditures would also drop, saving more money for the American people!

"Naw, that makes too much sense!!"

The King Saudi, if I caught it correct, also alluded to processing costs after the oil reaches America as being a big bugaboo? Is that sought of like the Billions collected by charities, of which, some 25% to 90% going for administrative costs - ie - Champagne, Mansions, Rolls Royces and the other niceties of the good life?

It is my opinion that the bums making the big bucks are doing so in silence (a low profile so to speak)! Screw these so-called refinery problems, pipe line ruptures and Preparation H costs. The bottom line is still greed, and these greedy bums, once exposed, should be taken out and hung like the profiteering dogs that they are!!!!!!!

Much of what he said made sense. We (the US) are our own worse enemy of the people because we can't even refine what we make. The corp. inflates the cost to cover profit margins and shareholders. The government taxes they say they need to support fuel programs and other issues of which are not explained have driven the cost to record levels.

Much of what we pay for is of our own doing and poor capabilities to refine the crude therefore other's who do this for us mark it up accordinglling. Plus the ocean shippig cost are also going up because they know we wil pay for it.

It's everbody making money on the little guys. Its the have's again and the have not's. We will never win the war over those in a capital system.

Thumbs down

Again, all of this government land that is coming available, via the foolish abandonment of our military bases, would be ideal for refineries, if needs must! Also, there are several islands just off the California Coast that are utilized for nothing more than gunnery practice that might do the trick for a refinery as well? Then, there is "grand-chose" (very much) desert that protects naught but snakes, scorpions, and illegals - this could also be utilized!

If it is a matter of conservation, then what do these people need more - gas or the spotted owl? "I'll vote for the owl!!" After all, this bird don't screw us at the pumps, puff on big stinking stogies, suck in snails by the gallon, fart through silk sheets, and then laugh like hell in their private clubs about what fools and suckers we mortals be!

HC - much of what we use to make was run out of town because of EPA regulations and polution lawsuits. Many chemical industries have gone over the border for cheaper labor and less regulations to deal with. Increases their profit margins.
