Default Arsenal commander selected for Korea assignment

The Department of the Army has announced that Col. Craig S. Cotter, who currently serves as commanding officer of the U.S. Army Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center has been selected as the deputy commander for the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command headquartered in Daegu, Republic of Korea. The Army also announced that Col. Cotter's successor is Col. James O. Fly, Jr. Prior to becoming the Arsenal's 46th commander, Col. Fly served as the deputy commander of the 402nd Army Field Support Brigade at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
