You can scratch Tinoco from the list. He has been reasigned to be VMFA 122's Corpsman so he has to go on a one month work-up with their Squadron before they leave for a 7 month West-Pac tour. He is upset about missing but has no choice in the matter.

Let's get those directions up again. I'll be picking up Stick on Thursday around 1000 or before and on to the mountain from Fayetteville. Get me to Ellijay. Pighmpr still needs directions from Winston-Salem, NC.

Directions to the Psyco Vets Motorcycle Club Campout, Possum Cook off and Wild Hog Throw down April 27th thru 30th 2006.

Take I 75 N from Atlanta and exit to I-575N continue north on 575

Approaching Ellijay from I-575N/ Highway 515 from the south. (Atlanta)

As you come into Ellijay you will come to a stop light in the middle of nowhere with a Wal-Mart center on your right, the next stoplight will be about a mile and will have a McDonalds on your left. Turn left, go about ? mile you will continue thru a 4way stop, cross some railroad tracks, make a right curve and come to a stoplight, turn left. You will come to another stoplight in about 100 yards with a Dairy Queen on your right, continue thru the light and up the hill, this will be Hiway 282 west.

Continue on hiway 282 west. At the top of the hill there will be a sharp left curve and a Gas station and store, Go about ? mile past the store and turn right on Harold Prichett Road. There will be a big Church on your left just before you turn.

Go ? mile down Harold Pritchett road and turn left at mailbox 669. Go to the top of the mountain, you will be there. Grab a cold beer and have a good time, we will be looking for you. If you have any problems please call my Cell phone 404 402 5360.

We have beer and food, BYOB and a tent/sleeping bag/camper. Bring some chips and dip if you want. Look forward to seeing you.

Coming into Ellijay from Highway 76/282 east from Dalton, Ga.

Exit I75 South at Dalton, Ga. to highway 76 east. Continue east on 76 until it merges with 411 south. Stay on 76/411 until 76 merges with highway 282east. Take 76/282 east to Ellijay, Ga. approx 27 miles.

As you approach Ellijay from 76/282 you will cross several bridges on creeks, you want to watch for Mountain Town Creek. When you cross Mountain Town Creek you will start uphill, about ? mile on your right you will see Sues Log Cabin Restaurant. Go about 150 yards past sues log cabin and turn Left onto Harold Prichett Road. Go ? mile down Harold Pritchett road and turn left at mailbox 669. Go to the top of the mountain, you will be there. I REPEAT, DO NOT SPEED ON I-575N IT IS HEAVILY PATROLLED FROM ATLANTA TO BLUE RIDGE GEORGIA BY BOTH THE STATE PATROL THE DIFFERENT COUNTIES AND CITIES. SET YOUR CRUISE CONTROL ON 68 AND LEAVE IT. THE SPEED LIMIT VARIES FROM 65 TO 70 ON THE HIGHWAY AND 45-55 THRU THE TOWNS.

ESPICALLY DO NOT SHOW THEM A YANKEE COP BADGE UNLESS YOU CAN REALLY GET INTO A SOUTHERN ACCENT.
