Gut Check,...
...Not the kind you think,..
...went on a eating spree for the last few days stocking this frame up for the winter season, and deceided to make a "big ole'" crock of chili for my self, and ate most of it over two days, and proceded last night to watch the game to the tune of a bunch of budweisers, and hot wings,... ...just figured that they wern't hot enough, so my "buddy" chris goes in the kitchen, and gits a cup of "jaha-pennes", all nice, and sliced up,... ....I ate the whole cup at once, figured I needed a good cleaning out anyway,... ...It works,... ... screw milk, nothing like chili, and wings and peppers to get you going,... ...

...I'm one of those 165 lbser's that still has a six pack, can still put my palms on the floor, I believe they call it " slendor/wirey", ...
...I eat well, not much fried stuff, cause my wife is a farmer, lots of veggies, and broiled meat, well done,... ..."All clear was sounded at 0700 hrs this morn"... ...'YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAA,... ...much better now,... ...wake, and bake,... ...

Stop...quit...you're gonna get me started again just talkin' about it...spent a few hours on the bathroom floor with stomach cramps last night from not eating all day and then ate a bowl of oatmeal and honey...wacked out my sugar levels and well I'll keep the rest to myself....LT is passed lunch but he ain't had dinner yet...

Ya know how there's always someone in any given family who has a specialty dish that he/she always brings to a gathering? Well, I'm known for my chili (and stuffed bread, but that's another story). The last couple of times I made it I got some comments like, "Gee, it's not as spicy as it usually is!" and "What happened? Run out of pepper?" OK! I love a challenge, so the last time I made it I got out all of the hot pepper sauces I have plus I went to a Mexican store and found some extra hot jalapenos. I called it my "Memorabilia Chili" 'cause they sure remembered it the next day! Bet they wished they used Charmin.
