U.S. Army Spc. Matt Cullen, security force team member for Provincial Reconstruction Team Farah, maintains security and checks communications during a meeting with the Farah provincial chief justice in Farah City, May 4. The PRT met with Farah's chief justice in order to advise and assist with local reconstruction efforts following an April 3 terrorist attack in Farah City. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district and provincial levels in Farah province, Afghanistan. Their civil military team is comprised of members of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of State and the Agency for International Development (USAID).
