But we don't see LOCAL news events in other parts of the country and world.

Some of them are...interesting!

In related news: There are morons who spend $48,800 for engagement rings.

He is presently reported to be trying to recruit "flight attendants".

Rigger,
Truly some weird sh!t, even though most such so typically American.

Though and in fairness, I'll bet that a lot of Atlantic City parents are sleeping better tonight knowing that their kids will be much safer, since that obviously pathological 7 year old killer pervert has been suspended.

Rigger, did you see the picture on TV or in paper? All that any sane people could make of "It", is that The Suspended Kiddie is one sorry-ass excuse of an artist. Looked like drawn by some poor visioned 3 year old.

Yep! and the two stick figures had smiley faces, could be future members of Pyco Vets the kid stated it was a water pistol I sure feel safer knowing they won't have bugs bunny type kids drawing guns in school anymore. Almost as serious as the Girl from SC that was suspended from school for having a BUTTER knife in her school locker , didn't we all have butter knives in the school cafeteria as kids? this ZERO tolerance is getting way out of hand ever since that little girl in Atlanta in 2000 got suspended for having a Tweety bird key CHAIN on her backpack

Ya know - I'm not shocked - and I should be - but this crap has been going on for so long now most of us just accept it. Those wiith lots of money are strange anyway. They have way too much of everything and end up getting real stupid and buying the weirdest things.

Now the guy with the axle coming off and suing everyone associated with that truck seems a little stretched. Legal or not we all sell cars - AS IS. Does this mean we are liable for an incident that results in a issue a year later. We all buy cars some are posted - NO WARRANTY available. Yet if we have an accident we can sue them? HMMMMM I wonder.

Boats,

The judge's rationale for finding all owners liable was

"that the original owner and all subsequent owners of the truck failed to perform any of the [manufacturer's] recommended services [on the axles] during more than 500,000 miles of use." Specifically, failed to clean and repack the bearings every 25,000 miles and also failed, every 100,000 miles, to disassemble, clean, inspect, and refill or repack the bearings with clean lubricant, readjust the bearing play, and torque the rear axle flange nuts."

How the judge determined that this maintenance did not occur, I have no idea.
