Exclamation It's been 20 year already!!

On the radio earlier they mentioned the many soldier's that died din Beirut! It's been 20 years - it seem like only a few years ago.

Marines and Navy were killed by terrorist and war was on.

I wish to salute them all those killed and those carrying the memory of their lost souls.

Why is it as we get older we loose track of time? Events seem to be very current instead of years ago. I find myself wondering where in the hell have I been?

What is it? Is it our age or what? I don't know.

Went to VA today four hours of testing. More to come. Seems I may have AO - they have to run some more test. Got another damn hernia (3rd one). Checked the heart (EKG?) more x-rays, the prostrate is in good shape but they want to do a lower GI to check further. Renewed my meds and moved me along.

Will know Tuesday if I have other problems. My cancer needs to be checked out again - I'm 8 months late going in. I always shudder when I go in for that test - they stick that tube into my bladder and you all know how. Gotta go though no use taking any chances.

Lots of guys there today. We all BS'd ourselves to make time fly. Also got my Flu shot. It's 6:30 now and I'm at work running a little late. Gotta run I gotta taste for a couple beers.

Sure do feel bad about all the times that I could've taken better care of myself - but hell that's water spilt long ago.

You guys take care I'll be back tomorrow sometime.

Once again my regrets to all those lost in all those battles. What a shame.

God Speed

What a terrible tragic loss that was for our Republic. It is hard to believe it was 20 years ago. God Bless them and the families that live with the memories.

Boats best wishes in regard to the outcome of your test.

Lakeshore Drive is mighty cold this time of year. What a nice walk though.
