DR Today
Saw Dr today, lower back pain, re took x-ray of back, L4 and L5, slight protrusion not realated to degenatrive process. New injury. God this guy hit us good. I know I'm lucky and not lying a long box with handels right now, but I truly hope some of this stuff starts to ease up soon. Guess only a few days after the accident will still have this stuff. My primary care DR will see me again on the 27th, increased spasm meds to 450 MG a day. She also said more than likely she will make a referral to a chiropractor. Didn't even know they had those at the VA Med center.

Trick driving
You two are so lucky you weren't seriously injured. Trick driving on I-5 with a truck no less!! I've been in a few accidents in my lifetime and for the next few days after it felt like I was drug through a knot hole backwards. Take it easy for the next week. You've only got two months before the campout. And you'll need all the strength you've got just to survive that. And to think we are considering going again this year. Take care Mr. Ryan.
