the above website shows a film due to be released by disney/miramax sometime soon. It makes the Army out to be full of dopers, thieves and psychos. do what you can to galvanise as many other veterans and vet groups to stop this film from being shown!

It sounds like it's going to be an up-dated remake of "Catch-22". No doubt it's anti-military but have you been to the movies much? The government or at least the establishment is almost always the bad guy.
Think of movies like "Platoon", "A Few Good Men", "Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid", "Boyz In The Hood", "Dirty Dancing", "Radiers Of The Lost Ark", hell every movie Robert Redford has done; the bad guys are always the government/the establishment. That is what Hollywood is all about.
Sometimes the message is subtle, sometimes they hit you over the head with it, but your government, our established rules of conduct are always wrong.
No, I won't go to see this flick, why.

This stuff happens - I know of some who were dealing during VN and I'm sure other's know other's who were doing the same thing.

If they can make money from it -they will try. We are not a perfect society and though most of us are honerable there are a few who would sell the farm and anything else to make a buck.
