Served Cold War Era
Have served during the Vietnam/Cold War Era in T'Harde Netherlands from July 1974 to Sept 1975 with the 23rd USAFA DET.
Nienburg FRG from Sept 1975 to Dec 1975 with the 32nd USAFA DET. Bliedorn Kaserne Ansbach, FRG from Dec 1975 to Dec 1976 with A BTRY 2/28th FA VII Corps. Fort Riley, KS from Feb 1977 to Feb 1978 with SVC BTRY 1/5th FA 1st BDE 1st ID(BRO). Got out as an E-4 SP/4. Then joined the Army National Guard and served in Ayer, MA from June 1980 to Oct 1985 with F CO 726 MAINT BN 26th ID(Yankee Division). Was promoted to SP/5 E-5 Sept 1982 then converted to SGT E-5 1 OCT 1985. Transferred to the GA Army National Guard in Quitman from Oct 1985 to Mar 1988 with D CO 2/121 IN(M) 48th IN(M) Transferred due to lack of a E-5 slot to Thomasville Mar 1988 to Apr 1991 with D CO 560th ENG BN. Then transferred back to MA Army National Guard and finished the Cold War Era with D CO 726 MSB in Ayer, MA.
